We installed a large package chiller (with a built-in water tank and pump) for a testing machine at the factory of a European automotive parts manufacturer in Bangkok.
Since it is a triple inverter type, it can save significant energy according to the load conditions of the equipment.
In addition to the installation of the chiller unit, our company also constructs chiller room and piping systems.
To ensure long and trouble-free use of the chiller, we recommend a room or at least a roof to protect it from rain and sunlight. 

We conducted the annual maintenance of a large air-cooled chiller installed on the rooftop of a Japanese air conditioning manufacturer's factory in Chonburi.  The tasks included high-pressure cleaning of the air-cooled condenser unit, cleaning of the condenser protection mesh, cleaning of the internal water tank, and washing and wiping down the body. After replacing the water in the internal tank, we conducted a test run. As the return water from the equipment side was dirty, we replaced the water in the tank several times while monitoring it. Finally, we performed another test run and checked for any abnormalities in the electrical components before completing the work.

At a Korean heavy machinery parts manufacturing factory in Rayong, we installed chillers and piping for the oil cooler attached to a press machine. The customer requested to stabilize the oil temperature, which reaches 60-70°C, at around 30-40°C.
We installed two air-cooled package chillers, each with a built-in water tank and pump.
With the chiller water temperature set to 25°C, the oil temperature successfully stabilized below 40°C.

We installed a industrial dehumidifier for the measurement room at a Japanese sports equipment manufacturing factory in Chachoengsao, along with drain piping, a lifting pump, and a dehumidifier stand.  
Even with the commercial air conditioner running, the humidity level remained around 70%, but after installation, it dropped to below 50%.
While the dehumidifier is operating, it continuously discharges drain water. (Depending on the model and environment, it can produce up to 10 liters per hour.) Normally, the drain water is routed to the outdoors or a floor pit via drain piping, but since that wasn't possible in this case, we used a lift pump to route the water to the overhead air conditioner drain piping.
In addition to installing the dehumidifier itself, we also handle the construction of stands and drain piping. 

We installed industrial dehumidifiers for the measurement room and production line at a Japanese precision parts manufacturing factory in Samut Prakan. one large unit and one small unit.
Before installation, the facility operated with only a large air conditioner, but humidity fluctuated between 60-70%, leading to issues such as defective products.
PVC drainpipes were also installed from the dehumidifiers to the back of the factory.
After installation, the humidity stabilized at around 50%.

We replaced the existing air dryer at a factory in Samut Prakan due to a malfunction and also reworked the surrounding piping. Additionally, the air filter element had not been replaced, so we also installed a new one. The work was completed in one day, and after the replacement, the air drain issue was resolved, and the problem was fixed.
