”Losses Due to Air Leaks ”

 Air leaks are often overlooked for extended periods because they are invisible. Common areas where leaks are found include:

1. Pipelines

2. Couplers, valves, and fittings

3. Internal components of equipment

4. Air guns

5. Regulators

If the leak is significant enough to feel by hand or hear the sound, it should be addressed immediately. (If it can only be detected using soapy water, it may not require immediate attention.)

During factory shutdowns, such as summer vacations or year-end holidays, measure how much pressure drops over time in the receiver tank. If the pressure drops to zero within a few minutes to 10 minutes, it is likely necessary to take corrective action.
