Here are common examples of applications where chillers are frequently used.
It is necessary to select a model with sufficient cooling capacity to cover the generated heat.
Please feel free to consult us for assistance with model selection.
Deterioration of the chip due to insufficient temperature control can lead to a decline in welding quality. Supplying chilled water at a constant temperature with a chiller can help extend the chip's lifespan. Generally, it is recommended to use it around 25°C, a temperature that does not cause condensation.
Insufficient temperature control can cause the nugget to take on an irregular shape, leading to a decline in welding quality and frequent nugget replacements. Issues such as water circuit blockages or inadequate cooling when using water from a cooling tower can be resolved with a chiller.
We also offer models capable of controlling both laser and optical systems through two pathways in a single chiller unit, including CO2, YAG, and fiber lasers."CO2、YAG and fiber lasers.
For suppressing the evaporation of solvent-based cleaning fluids and in the distillation regeneration process. For managing the liquid temperature and distillation regeneration of hydrocarbon-based cleaning fluids.
For cooling the power supply (high-frequency inverter, high-frequency oscillator) and the heating coil. Insufficient temperature control can lead to the burning of the coil.
Prevention of increased surface temperature. Switching to a chiller helps prevent issues such as inadequate cooling from cooling towers during summer and water circuit blockages due to deteriorating water quality.
Stable chilled water is essential for improving the quality of resin-molded products and shortening the shot cycle.
Precise temperature control of chilled water is essential for precision machining equipment. Without this, an impact on machining accuracy is unavoidable. We recommend an inverter model with temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.
Used in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, some processes require pinpoint temperature control for chilled water supply. A chiller can provide stable and clean chilled water. Additionally, it resolves issues related to water quality deterioration and circuit blockages due to cooling towers, as well as inadequate cooling.
In Thailand, where it is hot year-round, open cooling towers are prone to issues that can lead to inadequate cooling and water quality deterioration. Once a problem occurs, cleaning or repairing the water circuit can be time-consuming and costly. Switching to a chiller can solve these issues.

A chiller is essential for the packaging processes of heat-sensitive products in food, medical, and cosmetic industries. It is ideal for packaging machines such as non-tray, horizontal pillow, vertical pillow, deep draw, and tray sealers.
*Note: It cannot be used for the processes that come into direct contact with food.
For cooling the fiber laser and electron beam components of 3D printers using powder bed fusion methods.
For jacket cooling of the housing section. By lowering the temperature of the pulverizer with a chiller, fine grinding becomes possible. It can also be used for cooling low-melting-point and heat-sensitive materials.
For the cooling water tanks used in extrusion molding. This chiller without built-in water tank can be used with an external tank. Inside of the evaporator (heat exchanger) can also be easily cleaned, making maintenance easy.
For cooling large tanks used for chilled water storage in manufacturing processes. This chiller does not include a built-in tank.
*Note: It cannot be used for food applications (another model is available for food use).
Water is used as a cooling medium for aftercoolers, intercoolers, and oil coolers. While cooling towers are commonly used, they tend to face issues such as inadequate cooling and water quality deterioration. By switching to a chiller, these complications and costs can be reduced.
*Not suitable for cooling water that comes into direct contact with food.
A chiller without a built-in tank, used with an external tank. It uses a circulation pump to maintain the target temperature.
Chillers for air conditioning in buildings and factories. We have a range from Japanese brands to locally produced ones.
It can be used for temperature management of coolant tanks in machining centers and similar equipment. Because it is a circulation type rather than an immersion type, installation is easy. It is an inverter-type energy-saving model. This system improves machining accuracy, prevents coolant evaporation, and eliminates unpleasant odors.
By consolidating the chilled water sources within the factory into a large and high-performance inverter model, energy savings and maintenance cost reductions can be achieved (up to four units can be connected, with a total of 120 kW). As a packaged type, there is no need to equip additional facilities. The installation footprint can also be minimized.

A modular chiller that can accommodate future expansions. Additionally, it features free cooling functionality, allowing for cooling tower-like usage. (Since chilled water circulates only in a closed circuit, there is no concern about water quality deterioration.)
