Generally, it is recommended to use it around 25°C, a temperature that does not cause condensation.

Precise temperature control of chilled water is essential for precision machining equipment. Without this, an impact on machining accuracy is unavoidable. We recommend an inverter model with temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.

◎Various jacket cooling (agitators, kneaders, crushers)

Used in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, some processes require pinpoint temperature control for chilled water supply. A chiller can provide stable and clean chilled water. Additionally, it resolves issues related to water quality deterioration and circuit blockages due to cooling towers, as well as inadequate cooling.

◎Replacement from cooling towers

In Thailand, where it is hot year-round, open cooling towers are prone to issues that can lead to inadequate cooling and water quality deterioration. Once a problem occurs, cleaning or repairing the water circuit can be time-consuming and costly. Switching to a chiller can solve these issues.

◎Packaging machines (cooling of sealing parts, packaged products after molding, vacuum pumps, molds)

A chiller is essential for the packaging processes of heat-sensitive products in food, medical, and cosmetic industries. It is ideal for packaging machines such as non-tray, horizontal pillow, vertical pillow, deep draw, and tray sealers.

◎Metal 3D printers (cooling of laser parts and cutting parts)

◎Crusher (or Grinder)

For jacket cooling of the housing section. By lowering the temperature of the pulverizer with a chiller, fine grinding becomes possible. It can also be used for cooling low-melting-point and heat-sensitive materials.

◎Temperature control of the cooling water tank for extrusion molding machines

For the cooling water tanks used in extrusion molding. This chiller without built-in water tank can be used with an external tank. Inside of the evaporator (heat exchanger) can also be easily cleaned, making maintenance easy.

◎Cooling of external water tanks

For cooling large tanks used for chilled water storage in manufacturing processes. This chiller does not include a built-in tank.

◎For cooling water in water-cooled air compressors

Water is used as a cooling medium for aftercoolers, intercoolers, and oil coolers. While cooling towers are commonly used, they tend to face issues such as inadequate cooling and water quality deterioration. By switching to a chiller, these complications and costs can be reduced.

It can be used for temperature management of coolant tanks in machining centers and similar equipment. Because it is a circulation type rather than an immersion type, installation is easy. It is an inverter-type energy-saving model. This system improves machining accuracy, prevents coolant evaporation, and eliminates unpleasant odors.

◎ As a central chiller for factory cooling water supply (centralization of cooling water sources)

By consolidating the chilled water sources within the factory into a large and high-performance inverter model, energy savings and maintenance cost reductions can be achieved (up to four units can be connected, with a total of 120 kW). As a packaged type, there is no need to equip additional facilities. The installation footprint can also be minimized.
